St.
George Foundation Limited. Grants are made with the purpose
of enhancing the quality of life for Australia’s children through financial
support, involvement & leadership. Examples include the provision of equipment
for disabled children to scholarships for children who are talented but
financially disadvantaged.
The
Financial Markets Foundation for Children. The Foundation
is the financial community’s charity organization. It raises funds for
the health, well-being and welfare of children.
Brisbane Broncos
Charity Fund. The major objective of the Fund is to provide
encouragement, assistance and financial support for the under-privileged
& disadvantaged youth of Queensland.
Cherish
the Children Foundation. Money donated to the Foundation’s
fundraising activities is in turn given to charities, with a focus on
creating awareness of & improving the quality of life of disadvantaged
children.
ANZ. Queensland Community Foundation. Grants are available
to Queensland Charitable organizations for purposes such as research into
children’s medical welfare.
The Perpetual
Foundation. The Foundation is trustee to some 350 foundations
and private benefactors. These cover a variety of worthy causes including
the natural environment, social welfare, education, the arts and medical
research. Grants to eligible organizations range in size from $5,000 to
$50,000.
The
George Alexander Foundation provides grants in the areas
of Education, Health, Welfare and Environment & Conservation. The Foundation
has a special interest in helping young people, especially those experiencing
social or economic disadvantage.
The Enterprise
and Career Education Foundation (ECEF). Funds are provided
in the broad area of school – industry partnerships throughout Australia.
It aims to provide enterprise and career knowledge and experience to school
leavers.
