Study
The starting point. Examines your organisation's capacity to
undertake a fundraising project. Looks at all of the elements necessary
to undertake a successful campaign.
Case
for Support
A clear and compelling statement of all of the reasons why someone
should donate to your cause.

in our community need your support NOW."
Campaign
Booklet
Usually a 10-12 page A4 booklet which promotes your project, informs
prospective donors and asks for donations. Includes architectural plans
(if applicable), your mission, needs benefits, gift range chart...more.
Documentation
Includes publicly available material that gives meaning to your
cause. Takes a variety of forms including testimonials, brochures,
shopping centre displays, appeal letters and benefit statements.
Marketing
Strategy
Covers advertising and publicity, including a media plan, public
relations plan, advertising campaign, news releases and P.S.As.
FundRaising
Matrix
Details the fundraising strategies and the target markets that best
fit the needs of your organisation.
Calendar
of Special Events
Schedules special event fundraisers into your master plan. Events may
include trade displays, celebrity auctions, a-thons, and signature
events.
Donor
Recognition
An appropriate schedule of donor recognition opportunities is
prepared for you organisation. These include naming rights, appreciation
plaques, and certificates of thanks.
Risk
Management
Ensures stewardship of donations made to your organization; examines
ethical considerations; looks out for the interest of volunteers, such
as avoiding burn-out; covers financial security and public liability.

Summarises your organisation's fundraising efforts. Includes matters
